Juli was born in the picturesque Ninh Binh in the North of Vietnam. Her artistic beginnings began when she was young from sketching, oil painting, nail art and studying Fashion Design at Van Lang University in Ho Chi Minh City. These early years gave her the technical skills and precision to start her career in Tattooing.

She began her tattoo career in Ho Chi Minh City, honed her skills at one of the top studios in the world in Hanoi and now currently lives and works in Coffs Harbour, Australia.
